10. MoldScan Pro Kit – Product Terms

The MoldScan Pro Kit is intended for homeowner screening, monitoring, and educational purposes. It is designed to help users identify conditions that may warrant further investigation.

The MoldScan Pro Kit does not constitute a professional mold assessment, environmental inspection, laboratory analysis, remediation plan, clearance assessment, or certification that a property is safe or free from mold or moisture-related conditions.

Measurements, observations, photographs, MoldScan Advisor results, recommendations, and other information obtained through the MoldScan Pro Kit should not be relied upon as a substitute for services provided by an appropriately qualified or licensed professional when professional services are warranted or required by law.

New York Customers: Where New York State law requires a licensed mold assessment, remediation plan, or other regulated mold-related service, use of the MoldScan Pro Kit does not satisfy or replace those requirements.

Shipping: Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Estimated shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Returns: Unopened and unused MoldScan Pro Kits may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used kits are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers should contact RescueDry before returning a MoldScan Pro Kit.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items: Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items should be reported to RescueDry within 7 days of delivery so that we can review and resolve the issue.

Use and Reliance: Users are responsible for following the instructions supplied with the MoldScan Pro Kit. RescueDry is not responsible for decisions or actions taken solely in reliance upon measurements, observations, automated guidance, or other information generated through use of the MoldScan Pro Kit.

When conditions indicate that professional evaluation may be appropriate, customers should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
